Ordering & Delivery Process

Our customized blends and ground foods are processed in our facility in Detroit, Texas on a weekly basis, as the ingredients for them become available. Our whole meats and bones are brought in weekly as well. We want to provide the best and most fair service to all of our customers, and to ensure that stock is not sitting in our freezers too long before being delivered to you. This is why we restrict orders for a specific delivery route to the week just prior to that route being run. If we allow food to be pre-ordered a month before it is delivered, then that stock sits in the freezer, and people ordering for earlier deliveries don't have a chance to get their own orders in.
